DMC USA COMPRESSOR INC WARRANTY POLICY

Marketplace RMA guidelines must be followed during after-sales services Beginning from the date of delivery, standard warranty HPDMC provides one-year warranty, the air end with two-year warranty. Except for maintenance filters (air filter, oil filter and oil separator). In the event of manufacturing defects, the Buyer can request a refund, partial reshipment or full reshipment within the warranty period.

Please note that the warranty policy does not apply to following situations:

● Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear or natural disaster and accidents, including but not limited to: burns, cuts, tears abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentation or pet damage.

● Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, expect with written approval from Seller.

● Products not purchased through the DMC USA COMPRESSOR INC.

● Products with their own individual warranty policy.

In the unlikely event of a failure of a product to conform to this written warranty, please take the following action.

● DO NOT return your product to the place of purchase.

● Securely package the product by itself and return the product only, freight prepaid, along with:

● A copy of your dated proof of purchase (please keep a copy for yourself).

● A written statement about the nature of the problem.

● Your name, address and phone number to: DMC USA COMPRESSOR INC, 968 W Foothill Blvd, Azusa, CA 91702.

We recommend that the package be insured against loss or in transit damage for which we cannot be responsible.

This warranty applies only to the original registered purchaser. DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT RESULTING FROM TAMPERING, ACCIDENT, ABUSE, NEGLIGENCE, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS OR ALTERATIONS, UNAPPROVED ATTACHMENTS, NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, OR OTHER CAUSES UNRELATED TO PROBLEMS WITH MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY.

No employee, agent, dealer or other person is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of products from DMC USA COMPRESSOR INC. If product inspection shows that the problem was caused by problems with material or workmanship within the limitations of the warranty, DMC USA COMPRESSOR INC will repair or replace the product free of charge and return product prepaid. Repairs which may be necessary by normal wear or abuse, or repair for product outside the warranty period, if they can be made, will be charged at regular service prices.

DMC USA COMPRESSOR INC makes no other warranty of any kind whatever, express or implied, and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose which exceed the above mentioned obligation are hereby disclaimed by DMC USA COMPRESSOR INC and excluded from this limited warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. The obligation of the warrantor is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages due to any such alleged defect. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.
