DMC USA COMPRESSOR INC RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the product does not support 30-day refund and return at the time of ordering, the product cannot be refunded and returned.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please note that returns to the original address are not accepted, and the shipping address will be provided via email after the order is submitted. General return requirements:

Same or unaltered condition (not an exhaustive list):

● Unused, unaltered, with no damage or signs of use outside of the listed item condition or how it was received

● All parts and accessories must be intact

● Must be returned with original product packaging: boxes, bags or any items used to wrap and protect the item

● Must include all items that were included in the original package, such as cords, manuals, warranty and rebate cards, free gifts or bonus items

● Items must have original tags, labels, and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included

● Should be drained of any fuel or liquid

● If assembled,item should be dismantled before return

● In case of incorrect or missing items, shipping damage, or quality issues, we will take responsibility and handle the issue accordingly. However, for any other reasons that are not related to quality issues, the customer will be responsible for the return and we do not support returns for no reason.
