HPDMC's after-sales services follow the Marketplace RMA guidelines. Starting from the date of delivery, HPDMC provides a one-year standard warranty, with the air end covered under a two-year warranty. This warranty does not cover maintenance filters, including the air filter, oil filter, and oil separator. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the Buyer may request a refund, partial reshipment, or full reshipment within the warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
● Damage due to negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, natural disasters, or accidents, including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage.
● Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, unless explicitly approved in writing by the Seller.
● Products not purchased through DMC USA COMPRESSOR INC.
● Products covered under their own individual warranty policy.
Warranty Claim Process
In the unlikely event your product does not conform to this written warranty, please follow these steps:
1.DO NOT return the product to the place of purchase.
2.Securely package the product by itself and return it, freight prepaid, along with:
○ A copy of your dated proof of purchase (please retain a copy for yourself).
○ A written description of the issue.
○ Your name, address, and phone number.
3.Ship to:

We strongly recommend insuring the package against loss or damage during transit, as we are not responsible for such occurrences.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty only applies to the original registered purchaser. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
● Tampering, accidents, abuse, or negligence.
● Unauthorized repairs or alterations.
● Unapproved attachments.
● Normal wear and tear.
● Any other causes unrelated to material or workmanship defects.
No employee, agent, dealer, or other individual is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of products from DMC USA COMPRESSOR INC. If product inspection shows that the problem was caused by problems with the material or workmanship within the limitations of the warranty, DMC USA COMPRESSOR INC. will repair or replace the product at no charge and return it prepaid.
Repairs due to normal wear, abuse, or those required after the warranty period will be charged at standard service rates, if repairable.
DMC USA COMPRESSOR INC. disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the obligations stated in this limited warranty.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your state. The obligation of the warrantor is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages due to any such alleged defect. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
